Hello bloggers! Today i'm going to write about a typical dish that can't be missing in my home: the cazuela. I remember that my grandmother prepared the best cazuela and that's why I decided to learn to cook it on my own. it's a dish that connects me with my childhood. It is a soup with vegetables (potato, pumpkin, corn, carrot, and others), meat or chicken and seasonings to give it more flavor. It is an ideal meal for the winter season, which provides a lot of energy, carbohydrates and protein, and satisfies the appetite.
